These students did not receive the food bags that are distributed on Tuesdays. You are welcome to drive to the back of the school to ring the door bell to get your child’s food bag between 8-12 on Wednesday, April 14. 📸Also, parents Friday, April 16 is Spring Picture Day. Picture information was sent home on Monday. Parents of virtual students are more than welcome to pick up a picture form or simply stop by on Friday morning so your child can have their picture made. 🐊Attention Parents and Families🐊 In case you missed tonight’s phone call, here’s all the information. 🐊We hope everyone had a restful, relaxing, and rejuvenating spring break. Everyone should now be ready to get back to the business of learning. 🐊Parents, this is VERY IMPORTANT… Please be sure that your child’s device is charged. They should come to school with a fully charged device. 🐊Assignments given to students the Wednesday and Thursday before spring break MUST be completed by the due date set by the teacher. If nothing is turned in, students will be marked absent on those 2 days. 🐊Masks MUST be worn when coming to school. Please be sure that your child has a clean mask that covers their nose and mouth. 🐊Report Cards will be going home on Monday, April 12. 🐊The Dental Van will be here for those students receiving dental services at school. 🐊Spring pictures will be Friday, April 16. You should get ordering information by Monday or Tuesday. 🐊Testing is coming up soon—attendance at school is super important. That includes students staying at school the entire school day. 🐊Remember, all changes in transportation must be done in writing—either in the child’s agenda or a note. 🐊Attention Parents and Families🐊 In case you missed tonight’s phone call, here’s all the information. 🐊 Monday, March 29- Regular school day 🐊Tuesday, March 30- Regular school day It is the last day of the 3rd nine weeks.   🐊If your child received a summer school invitation, please return by Tuesday, March 30th.       🐊Wednesday, March 31 will be our regular e-Learning Day.     🐊Thursday, April 1 will be an additional eLearning Day because many employees will take their second dose of the vaccine on Wednesday, March 31.  Due to the potential that some employees may experience negative side effects from the second COVID-19 vaccine, the school district has scheduled an eLearning day for ALL students on Thursday, April 1, 2021.  Teachers will provide asynchronous (not live) virtual assignments to all students, including Newberry ONE, for this day.  Assignments will be posted along with the completion due date.  The completion of the assignments will be used to determine student attendance for April 1.  If parents or students have questions about the assignments, please contact your child’s teacher by email or through Schoology.     🐊Friday, April 2 is the first day of Spring Break. The yearbook costs $20. Orders may be made by sending money in the order form or by ordering online at www.strawbridge.net using the code FMYB102072. Friday, March 5th is our final day in Read Across America Week and we are ending it with one of our favorite days- Pajama Day! Tomorrow's theme is "Cozy Up With a Good Book" so wear your favorite pjs to school. Remember, they must follow the dress code and slippers/bedroom shoes aren't allowed.

Registration for PreK and Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 School Year begins next Monday, March 8th! If you or someone you know has a child who will turn 4 or 5 years old before September 1st, please register them!
